10x12 A-Frame (#3152)

This 10’x12’ A-Frame (#3152) features Hardie Plank cement siding in Evening Blue with crisp White MiraTec trim for a sharp, low-maintenance exterior. The Charcoal Gray 30-year architectural shingle roof, standard overhangs, and gable vents provide reliable weather protection and ventilation.

Built with standard 2x4 framing spaced 16” on-center and a double top sill plate for added strength, the structure includes one prehung 6’ white fiberglass outswing double door with transom window inserts, centered on the front eave side. On the rear eave side, two 36” white transom windows are centered in a twin configuration for added natural light. Interior features include an approximate 3’x10’ storage loft on the right gable end, 5/8” plywood flooring with 2x4 joists spaced 16” on-center, and an unfinished interior ready for customization. The building is supported by pressure-treated 4x4 skids for ground contact.
